The whole Atlantic salmon is available fresh and can be purchased in its entirety. Our team can customize the salmon to your preference, cutting it into either steaks, fillets, or portioned pieces.

After the fresh Atlantic salmon has been cut to your desired preference, each piece is immediately flash-frozen to lock in its freshness. The flash-freezing process ensures that ice crystals do not form on the surface of the fish, which can compromise its texture and flavor.

Once the salmon has been flash-frozen, each piece is then individually vacuum-packed. Vacuum packaging removes all the air from the packaging, which helps to prevent freezer burn and preserve the quality and taste of the fish.
